43 HCS, 23 HPS officers transferred
In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government on Friday shifted 43 HCS and 23 HPS officers with immediate effect.
Among HCS officers, Jaibir Singh Arya was posted as additional deputy commissioner (ADC), Charkhi Dadri; Mukesh Kumar Ahuja as administrator, HUDA, Panchkula; Kulwant Kumar Kalson, as special secretary, finance; Pardeep Kumar-I was given additional charge of commissioner, municipal corporation (MC), Rohtak; Sushil Sarwan as joint controller, civil defence, Ambala; Sujan Singh, as ADC, Mahendragarh.
Surender Singh would also look after the work of general manager (GM), Haryana Roadways, New Delhi.
Jagdeep Dhanda was posted as estate officer, HUDA, Panchkula; Sarita Malik as additional director, higher education and secretary, state information commission; Munish Nagpal as secretary, RTA, Rohtak vice Jagdish Sharma who went as secretary, RTA, Panipat against a vacant post.
Jag Niwas would also look after the work of secretary, RTA, Jhajjar while Ranjit Kaur was posted as additional secretary, revenue and disaster management department; Surjit Singh as sub-divisional magistrate (SDM), Tohana vice Shalini Chetal who went as city magistrate, Hisar. Satbir Singh Kundu was posted as SDM, Shahbad; Rajiv Ahlawat as DM, Ratia, in place of Pooja Chanwaria who went as SDM, Pehowa.
Varsha Khangwal was given additional charge of SDM, Gharaunda and Samwartak Singh Khangwal was posted as additional director (admn), urban local bodies.
Anurag Dhalia was appointed as SDM, Assandh and GM, HAFED Sugarmills, Assandh vice Sushil Kumar-II who went as city magistrate, Karnal and joint director (admn), Kalpana Chawla medical college, Karnal in place of Sudhanshu Gautam who was posted as joint director (admn) and deputy secretary, information, public relations and cultural affairs and joint director, secretariat for Haryana Swarna Jayanti celebrations.
Yogesh Kumar Mehta was posted as additional secretary, health department; Virender Singh as SDM, Safidon; Arvind Malhan as SDM, Rohtak; Manisha Sharma as joint director (admn), town and country planning; Richa as SDM, Kalka, and joint commissioner, MC, Panchkula in place of Ashutosh Rajan who was posted as secretary, RTA, Faridabad.
Pardeep Kumar-II was given additional charge of secretary, RTA, Rewari; Rajesh Kumar was posted as joint registrar, cooperative society, Vivek Kalia as estate officer (EO), HUDA, Gurugram-II; Bharat Bhushan Gogia as SDM, Gurugram-I.
Rohit Yadav, joint commissioner, MC, Gurugram and Alka Chaudhary, city magistrate, Gurugram would swap their places of postings.
Vijender Hooda was posted as city magistrate, Kaithal; Gaurav Antil, city magistrate, Kurukshetra was posted as joint commissioner, municipal corporation, Gurugram.
Pradeep Ahlawat was appointed as joint director, consolidation of holdings, Rohtak and Nirmal Nagar as SDM, Meham.
Kiran Singh was given additional charge of member secretary, Haryana Vimukt Ghumantu Jati Vikas Board while Surender Singh-II was posted as SDM, Ganaur vice Nirmal Nagar. Satinder Siwach was posted as SDM, Ambala city; Sanjiv Kumar as EO, HUDA, Gurugram-I and secretary, commission of inquiry headed by justice SN Jha at Gurugram.

Among HPS officers, Balbir Singh was posted as assistant commissioner of police (ACP), Tigaon; Dalbir Singh as DSP, Assandh vice Virender Singh who went as DSP, state crime bureau (SCB); Adarshdeep Singh as DSP, Kharkhoda vice Ravinder Tomar who went as DSP, Meham.
Parmod Kumar was posted as DSP, traffic, Ambala and Prithvi Singh as DSP, Rohtak.
Mamta Kharab, ACP, traffic, Gurugram, and Pankhuri Kumar, DSP, Ambala, would swap their places of posting.
Dhiraj Kumar was posted as DSP, Pehowa, vice Sheetal Singh who went as DSP, GRP, Headquarters, Ambala Cant. Vinod Kumar was posted as DSP, Kanina, vice Mahesh Kumar who went as DSP, Haryana police academy (HPA), Madhuban.
Om Parkash was posted as DSP, Punhana, vice Vinod Kumar.
