A look at the key moments from the Champions Trophy final that went Pakistan’s way.
NOBALL DISMISSAL
India could have got an early breakthrough, in the fourth over itself when the Pakistan’s total was just eight. Fakhar Zaman edged one to the wicketkeeper off Jasprit Bumrah. However, it turned out to be a no-ball. Fakhar got a reprieve and cashed in with a century that laid the platform for a big total.
THE LAST TEN
Virat Kohli brought in trump card Kedar Jadhav to test the batsmen. He managed to pick a wicket. However, Imad Wasim and Md Hafeez plundered 16 off his third over. It summed up a poor day for India spinners who went for 164 runs in 21 overs.
AMIR’S BURST
Md Amir picked two wickets in his first two overs to dent India’s chances of a successful chase. He had Rohit Sharma leg before, then induced a false shot from Kohli to get him caught at point. Soon, Shikhar Dhawan was out caught behind too.
