36YEAROLD MAN COMMITS SUICIDE

BATALA :A 36-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance here at Dadujod village .

The deceased allegedly consumed poison on November 13 after being allegedly harassed by his relatives, following which he was rushed to a private hospital in Amritsar, where he died on Tuesday.

In her complaint, sister of the deceased, Kulwinder Kaur has claimed that her brother Mohan Singh told her that he was being harassed by his uncle Satnam Singh and aunt Sukhjinder Kaur, who live in United Kingdom.

“My brother had a property dispute with them and they were harassing him following which he committed suicide,” she claimed. Police have registered a case.
