26/11 PROSECUTION SHOWS JUNDAL’S PAKISTAN LINK
MUMBAI: The prosecution on Tuesday brought 26/11 terror attack handler Abu Jundal’s Pakistani passport and national identity cards to prove his connection with the neighbouring country. The passport, which was issued in the name of Riyakat Ali, and national identity cards, one in Urdu and one in English, were recovered from Jundal at the time of his arrest in May 2013. The prosecution has been relying on these three documents to prove Jundal’s links in Pakistan. The passport was issued in the name of Riyakat Ali on February 28, 2009. The national identity cards wer issued in the same name on February 24, 2011. Further, the documents also reflect that Jundal travelled out of Pakistan on several occasions using fake identity.
