Agrileadership summit at Rohtak from April 24

CHANDIGARH: A three-day agri-leadership summit will be organised by the Haryana agriculture department at Rohtak from March 24 to 26. It will feature three distinct themes – direct marketing and peri-urban agriculture, doubling farmers’ income and enhancing milk productivity. A department spokesperson said the summit aimed at guiding the farmers and the agri-industry of the state towards maximum value-creation and helping create a direct linkage between farmers and the market. The summit will bring stakeholders from all disciplines of agriculture under one roof.
