BOOKING A RAPE COMPLAINANT

It is a laudable judgement of a Rohtak court to order FIR against a rape complainant who turned hostile despite having her statement recorded. Such people extort money from the people against whom they file police complaints and then retract in court. Such people make a mockery of our judicial system and waste the valuable time of courts. The judgement will prove to a deterrent against those who file false and frivolous cases.
