Man City became the first team to reach 100 points in an English top-flight campaign. The record was held by Liverpool, who claimed 98 points across a 42-game season in 1978-79.

City finished with the top four positions on the EPL assist charts. Kevin De Bruyne came out on top with 16 assists, followed by Leroy Sane (15), David Silva (11) and Raheem Sterling (11).
