P’kula, Ggm commissioners among 8 IPS officers shifted

In a major reshuffle, the Haryana government on Tuesday shifted the police commissioners of Panchkula and Gurgaon and range inspectors general of police (IGP) of Rohtak, Karnal and southern range.

Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, AS Chawla was transferred as additional director general of police (ADGP), telecommunications, with additional charge of additional director general of police, community policing.

Charu Bali, the inspector general in state vigilance bureau, replaced Chawla as Panchkula commissioner of police.

Commissioner of police, Gurugram, Sandeep Khirwar was posted as inspector general of police (IGP), Rohtak range, replacing Navdeep Virk.

IGP, Indian Reserve Battalion, Bhondsi, KK Rao was posted as commissioner of police, Gurugram.

Navdeep Virk, was posted as inspector general of police, Karnal range, replacing Subhash Yadav.

Yadav was posted as IGP, state vigilance bureau.

IGP, Haryana State Crime Record Bureau, Srikant Jadhav was posted as IGP, southern range, Rewari, with additional charge of secretary, Haryana Gau Sewa Ayog. He replaces CS Rao who was transferred as IGP Indian Reserve Battalion, Bhondsi.

3 IAS OFFICERS TRANSFERRED

The government also issued transfer and posting orders of three IAS and four HCS officers.

Principal secretary, women and child development, Raja Sekhar Vundru, was given the additional charge of principal secretary, health, during the leave period of RR Jowel.

As per the orders issued by the state government, Bhupinder Singh, registrar, cooperative societies, was posted as director, sports and youth affairs, relieving Amit Agrawal.

Jagdeep Singh, awaiting orders of posting, was appointed as special secretary, irrigation and managing director, Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewells Corporation Ltd. relieving Ram Sarup Verma.

Pankaj Chaudhry, special secretary, public health engineering and public works (building and roads) was given the additional charge of secretary, traders welfare board, relieving Subhash Chander Sihag.

Ram Sarup Verma, special secretary, irrigation and managing director, Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewells Corporation Ltd. and administrator, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HQ), Panchkula, was posted as commissioner, municipal corporation, Rohtak, vice Pradeep Kumar-I.

Verma was also given the additional charge of Managing director, Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugarmills (Sugarfed), relieving Chander Shekhar.

Shiv Parshad, commissioner, municipal corporation, Panipat was posted as administrator, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HQ), Panchkula.

Pardeep Kumar-I, commissioner, municipal corporation, Rohtak was posted as commissioner, municipal corporation, Panipat.
