A win-win situation for all

Imagine a scenario where teachers get together and student representatives grade them according to their work. The criteria for evaluation include teaching ability, presentation skills and attitude inside the classroom.
This is undoubtedly not a regular scenario, but what will happen if this is implemented?
First, it will make students more involved in their education. The current situation makes them tolerate any form of injustice. It is expected of them to just listen and agree or their academic record will suffer.
The grading system can prove good for teachers as well. It is not a rare case when preparing for their classes teachers choose the way of presentation that is interesting as per them. However, they may not be able to grab attention of children who keep to themselves while teachers remain clueless of problems they are facing. Some people will argue that the system will simply be a tool for students to get rid of teachers they don’t like. But let us face it — students can also be objective and if they really dislike a person, it is not only related to homework.
So, if students get a chance to grade their teachers, it will be useful for both teachers and students. While teachers will feel motivated to develop their professional skills, students will be more secure.
