If I am a goonda, then why did they (expelled INLD leaders) stay in party for so long? ABHAY CHAUTALA, leader of oppn in Haryana assembly

:Without naming expelled Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) leader Ajay Chautala, his younger brother and leader of opposition in the Haryana assembly, Abhay Chautala, on Tuesday said some people were going to form a putra moh dal in the state and time will come when they will return to Om Prakash Chautala with an apology.

Abhay was addressing a workers’ meeting at his residence on Dabwali road in Sirsa.

“Some of the expelled INLD leaders are now calling me a

goonda. They even equated my character with Duryodhan from Mahabharata, I want to ask if I am a goonda and Duryodhan, then why did they stay in the party for such a long time?” Abhay questioned.

INLD's former general secretary Ajay Chautala and both his sons — member of parliament from Hisar Dushyant Chautala and former INSO chief Digvijay Chautala — have been expelled from the party.

Abhay, who is steering the party in the absence of OP Chautala, further said in the November-17 Jind rally called by Ajay, neither did they address how to solve the problems of common people, nor talked about how to uproot the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress from the state.

“I am sure their new party will not get support from anywhere and not even a single party will come forward for the alliance,” Abhay added.

Responding to a question about the resignation of INLD workers, he said, “Those who have resigned are not party workers.”
