SHIMLA SNOW EFFECT: MLAS FIND IT TOUGH TO REACH HOUSE

Heavy snowfall in Shimla brought cheers to farmers, but added to difficulties of city residents. Traffic movement on the main circular road in Shimla and other lateral roads came to a grinding halt and legislators, particularly those staying residing in MLA hostel close to the Mall Road, had a tough time reaching the state assembly. And, several MLAs, cutting across party lines, shared vehicles with ministers to reach the assembly to attend the budget session.
