Social distancing norms were given the go-by as Shiromani Akali Dal leader Harjinder Kaur took charge as the chairperson of Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights for second term on Monday. Kaur, however, clarified that the gathering, which included local BJP and Akali leaders, came close and took off masks just for a moment to click the picture.
