Real estate strategist and influencer Gaurav Kakkar says he wants to set an example of how strong will, passion and hunger for success can help one excel at anything they focus on.
Hailing from Mohali, Gaurav says his journey has been full of learning curves, and twists and turns that have allowed him to become one of the region’s trusted real estate advisors.
In a short span of time this young real estate sales influencer has been at helm of multiple developmental projects in the region, while learn from and working with some of the best minds in the industry. In a brief conversation with him one comes to understand his vision in growing on the personal as well as the professional front.
Gaurav claims that his mantra for success is a combination of hard work and dedication for the craft.
He has a graduation degree and no family background in real estate.
“But,” he says, “through willpower and hard work, I gained the trust of many people in the region. And I credit my success to all of them.” “Every real estate project I have undertaken is my efforts to make the occupant family happy and together,” he adds.
Gaurav further says, “I am now looking forward to settle down on personal front, so I try to keep put myself in the shoes of the customer’s family and give them suggestions on similar grounds as I would have taken to buy or construct my dream home.”
Gaurav says he feels the next generation of entrepreneurs can bring a wave of change on how each aspect of the real estate industry in the region is looked at, be it from a creative point of view or from a managerial one.
