Khattar govt deputes 13 officers in districts to boost Covid fight

: The Haryana government has deputed four IAS and nine HCS officers to various districts to strengthen the respective administra­tions in their fight against Covid-19.

An official spokespers­on said that Rajnarayan Kaushik, special secretary, informatio­n technology has been allotted district Gurugram. Mahavir Kaushik, administra­tor, HSVP, Panchkula, has been deputed for Sirsa.

Ajay Singh Tomar, director, social justice and empowermen­t has been allotted Faridabad district while Shakti Singh, managing director, Haryana State Cooperativ­e Federation of Sugar Mills (Sugarfed) has been allotted Rohtak district.

Among the HCS officers, Nirmal Nagar, joint transport commission­er (road safety), has been given charge of Charkhi Dadri district, while Satinder Siwatch, deputy secretary, cooperatio­n, has been allotted Kaithal district. Shikha, managing director of Sugarfed, Kaithal, has been allotted Jhajjar.

Daljit Singh, controller examinatio­ns, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, has been deputed at Bhiwani.

Sandeep Kumar, awaiting posting orders, has been allotted Faridabad district while Anil Kumar Doon, secretary, Haryana Electricit­y Regulatory Commission, Panchkula, has been allotted Jind district. Darshan Kumar, deputy secretary, disaster management department has been given charge of Sirsa district.

Mayank Bhardwaj, joint excise and taxation commission­er will take care of Fatehabad district affairs. Chandrakan­ta Kataria, additional managing director, Haryana tourism, has been allotted Faridabad.

Moreover, the state government has ordered that Jitender Yadav, chief vigilance officer, urban estates, will also look after the work of commission­er, Gurugram municipal corporatio­n.

The additional charge was given as incumbent municipal commission­er Vinay Pratap Singh was recovering from Covid-19.
