Worried about rash and skin problems during the rainy season? Fight these skin conditions by using natural products and light-weight moisturise­rs. Here are some beauty hacks to save you from the weather’s harshness:

■ TEA TREE OIL: Apply a mixture of tea tree oil and coconut oil on your skin. Tea tree oil is disinfecti­ng, soothing and helps get rid of rashes and pimples.

■ ALOE VERA GEL: Aloe vera is a curing agent for skin diseases caused by rain. It purifies blood and has healing properties.

■ HONEY: Make honey a part of your every day beauty regime for that natural glow. Honey works wonder on dry skin. Women with sensitive skin can prepare a face mask of brown sugar, honey, olive oil and lemon juice. ■ FRESH FRUITS: Fruits such as mango and pomegranat­e are great for clearing scars and marks and provide nourishmen­t to the skin. Watermelon can also be used for a flawless skin. Mix it with milk powder and put it on the skin.

■ ANTI-FUNGAL POWDER: Use an anti-fungal powder on the body folds to avoid fungal infections that are quite common during monsoon.
