Jennifer celebrates Ben’s birthday

Although the estranged couple— Ben Affleck (above) and Jennifer Garner (right)—have been courting controversy for a while now, they put up a happy front in Orlando, US, where they celebrated Affleck’s 43rd birthday with their three children. The Batman v Superman actor, who turned 43 on August 15, flew in to Atlanta where Garner has been staying with their kids—Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3— while filming Miracles From Heaven. They all left for Orlando after which they were spotted at the Universal Studios. The actor-couple, who announced the end of their 10-year marriage in late June, have been putting up a united front for their kids in recent days, despite drama surrounding Affleck’s romance with their former nanny, Christine Ouzounian.

“They feel like they have to be mature adults for their children’s sake and that they will figure out the healthiest way to co-parent. They want the kids’ lives to stay the same and to not change just because they aren’t going to be married anymore,” an insider previously told US Weekly. Apart from walking the red carpet for some premieres, Affleck has been keeping a low profile.
