Soha is nervous about working with Sunny
Actor Soha Ali Khan (above), who will be seen in the sequel of Sunny Deol’s (below) Ghayal (1990), says she was nervous while working with Deol.
Soha will share screen space with the 57-year-old for the first time. “It was amazing working with him (Deol). He is very shy as a person so I was nervous talking to him,” she says, adding, “He is very passionate about this film. He has acted, directed and produced this film. It is a difficult task but he did it.”
Explaining why she was nervous about working with Deol, she says, “I am playing Sunny’s psychiatrist and I had some intense scenes with him, that is why I was nervous,” says the 36-yearold. The film is being produced by Deol’s father, veteran actor Dharmendra. “I am quite excited about the film. It should release around Diwali. Besides, I have a film on the 1984 anti-Sikh riots,” she says.
Soha’s husband, actor Kunal Khemu has worked with actors Saif Ali Khan and Sharmila Tagore, Soha’s brother and mother, but she is yet to work with them and looks forward to it. “Kunal had a chance to work with Saif in Go Goa Gone. I and Saif have done an advertisement together. We hope to get an exciting film so we can work together,” Soha says.
