` 11cr fee club — has reportedly been postponed indefinitely due to budget issues. “After Sardar Patel, Mangal Pandey and Dashrath Manjhi, it was (director) Ketan Mehta’s dream to make a biopic on Rani Laxmibai, but executing it seems unlikely, given the budget,” a Mumbai tabloid quoted a source as saying.
