Kidman to appear on Empire?
Oscar-winner actor Nicole Kidman (left) is all set to appear on hip hop drama Empire. Kidman, who previously collaborated with show creator Lee Daniels on indie drama The Paperboy, is the latest big star to be a part of the show. During an interview between the two, Daniels let it slip that she’ll soon be playing alongside actors Taraji P Henson and Terrence Howard. “I want you on my set,” Daniels told Kidman. “You promised me I would be there one day,” said Kidman. The director responded, “I can’t wait.” It is not immediately clear whether Kidman would be a part of the show this season or in the next one. The big names that showed up on the show included Chris Rock, Ludacris, Kelly Rowland, Marisa Tomei, Pitbull and Funkmaster Flex. Daniels hopes to bring out a new aspect of Kidman with their next collaboration. “Whenever I’m with you, I get this energy like we’re being naughty. And naughty is controversial and will uncover something new that hasn’t been seen yet, a new personality trait,” Daniels said of Kidman.
