KAPIL IS NOW GEARING UP FOR HIS NEXT FILM

Comedian Kapil Sharma who made his Bollywood debut recently, says that the film’s positive results at the box office will help him do better work now. “I want to do some interesting and challenging roles now. Thankfully, because the movie is a hit, all doors are open for me now. Now I can follow my heart,” says Kapil. In fact, he shares that a few big producers have already shown interest in making a film with him. “With the positive response, the responsibilities also increase. So now, I want my next movie to be totally different from this one,” he says, adding, “I want to impress the audience with a better subject. My team of writers and I are working on my next film, but nothing has been finalised yet, as our ideas keep changing.”

Asked if he would continue to host the comedy show on TV that led to his popularity, he says, “Yes, that (the show) will continue, for now. Sustaining a hit show on television, and being accepted by people is very tough.”
