JEREMEY GETS IN A LEGAL BATTLE WITH EX

Actor Jeremy Renner’s (right) former wife Sonni Pacheco claims in new legal documents that he refuses to pay for their daughter Ava’s schooling and that he owes nearly USD 50,000 (` 33 lacs) for their child support.

The court documents also mentioned that Renner last year agreed to pay USD 13,000 (` eight lacs) a month for the tot as part of their divorce decree but was nearly USD 50,000 behind on child support.

Pacheco also attached a text message from the actor asking her to stop asking him for money. “I’m not sure why you keep asking for more money here Sonni. I don’t have the cash to give you. I’m sorry if you can’t figure out how to care for Ava with over 300k,” so read the message. She is now asking the court to make Renner pay for Ava’s schooling and all the money he owes in child support.

However, the 45-year-old denied all allegations made by his ex with his representative adding, “Pacheco's claims are baseless and completely erroneous.”
