Actor Freddy Daruwala (above) might just be two films old in the industry, but he has already signed a Hollywood film. The actor says he’d like to remain tight-lipped until things get rolling. “I am a little superstitious when it comes to talking about my future projects. But yes, I am in talks with them. My agent had forwarded my show reel to an international studio, and we have exchanged few mails since then,” he says.

The 32-year-old adds, “That side of cinema is genius. They have much more diversity, as far as craft is concerned. It is different from Bollywood.”

The Hollywood film, a thriller, will reportedly require Freddy to give 18 days of schedule for the first sequence. “We have the script, which is almost in the final stage, though I’m yet to get the complete script with dialogues. The makers plan to go on floors by March 2017 because the film is based upon such a time frame that if you are shooting in the US, you get longer days in April or March,” informs the actor, adding, “I have a green card. I can go and work in the US. It’s the fairest usage of the green card that I have.”

While Freddy is said to join the cast from next year, he seems to be clueless about what others stars the film features. “I asked my agent about that (star cast) and I was told they are considering a few names. I am not very well versed with all the actors in Hollywood. But there may be a chance they may take somebody famous or somebody comparatively new. Right now, they refrained from giving any information, as they’re keeping it under wraps,” he quips.
