Reynolds (above) is seen posing with Pierce Brosnan, who played James Bond in films such as Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), and The World is Not Enough (1999) and Hugh Jackman, who has played Wolverine in the X Men franchise. This lead fans to speculate that Brosnan might be involved in the Deadpool sequel, which is set for release in 2018.
The trio struck a ‘hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil’ pose probably implying that they will not be sharing updates in the near future. “Wolvie. Bond. Wade,” read the caption.
Jackman also shared a similar shot on his Instagram handle, captioning, “#wolverinebonddeadpool.”
Reynolds’ ‘Deadpool’ recently yielded two Golden Globe nominations, and is also up for ‘Best Theatrical Motion Picture’ at the Producers Guild of America Awards and ‘Best Adapted Screenplay’ at the Writers Guild of America Awards.
