Cho­co­late Mousse

Cho­co­late in­dul­gence on a cold win­ter night is some­thing we all love to do. All you have to do is heat some cook­ing cho­co­late slab on a dou­ble boiler. Once it melts, add whip­ping cream and whip well. You can add some flavour by sprin­kling cin­na­mon pow­der or hazel­nut pow­der in the mix­ture. Once the mix­ture is ready, pour it into small vodka glasses or mousse jars. Re­frig­er­ate it for half an hour be­fore serv­ing. You can also gar­nish the mix­ture with some whipped cream and sugar sprin­klers.
