HEALTH IN A JAR
Heat 120 ml milk and lightly cook with two tbsps of oats till they soften. Now add four chopped dates and let it soak in properly. Once cooled down, add one tbsp mixed nuts, one teaspoon honey and one tbsp granola mix well. Put it in a blender with ice till smooth. And serve chilled.
