Heat 120 ml milk and lightly cook with two tb­sps of oats till they soften. Now add four chopped dates and let it soak in prop­erly. Once cooled down, add one tbsp mixed nuts, one tea­spoon honey and one tbsp gra­nola mix well. Put it in a blender with ice till smooth. And serve chilled.
