Fashion renegades take over Milan ramp

Minimalist, natural and pared back––that’s what caught attention at The Milan Fashion Week. Here are some brands bucking the trend.

GUCCI

Alessandro Michele’s flamboyant show, titled The Alchemist's Garden, managed to blend the whimsical, the bold and the rebellious into his Gucci beauty look.

MOSCHINO

Jeremy Scott’s bold collection was all about the headwear, with many of the models sporting 50’s and 60’s perfectly coiffed wigs.

ATSUSHI NAKASHIMA

Japanese designer Atsushi Nakashima threw convention to the wind by dressing the models in elaborate head accessories made to mirror punkish hairstyles.
