Take 50gm re­fined flour, 5ml oil and wa­ter to make a tight dough. Let it rest and then cut into small equal pieces. Roll it with a rolling pin. For the fill­ing, add but­ter, saute onion, gar­lic, green chilli, gin­ger, chopped broc­coli and cumin pow­der. In an­other pan, heat oil, add deggi chilli, add hung curd and black salt, cumin pow­der and garam masala to make the mar­i­na­tion. Now take a rolled flat round sheet, put broc­coli mix­ture in the cen­tre and give re­quired fold like it’s done in momos. Then ap­ply the mar­i­na­tion and steam. Now put it into skew­ers and roast it in a tan­door. Squeeze lemon juice and sprin­kle chat masala on it and serve.
