BROCCOLI-STUFFED TANDOORI MOMOS
Take 50gm refined flour, 5ml oil and water to make a tight dough. Let it rest and then cut into small equal pieces. Roll it with a rolling pin. For the filling, add butter, saute onion, garlic, green chilli, ginger, chopped broccoli and cumin powder. In another pan, heat oil, add deggi chilli, add hung curd and black salt, cumin powder and garam masala to make the marination. Now take a rolled flat round sheet, put broccoli mixture in the centre and give required fold like it’s done in momos. Then apply the marination and steam. Now put it into skewers and roast it in a tandoor. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chat masala on it and serve.
