BACON CHEESE BURGER BOMBS
In a pan, heat butter and add garlic. Add onion and cook till translucent, then add mutton mince. Cook for 10 minutes and finish with rosemary. Keep it aside till it cools. Spread bacon in the shape of a plus sign and on the joint, place the mince mixture and top it with cheddar cheese. Fold it to make a bomb and sear it on a hotplate top or in non-stick food pan. Place it in the oven at 170 degrees for 7 minutes. Serve it with BBQ sauce or honey mustard.
