In a pan, heat but­ter and add gar­lic. Add onion and cook till translu­cent, then add mut­ton mince. Cook for 10 min­utes and fin­ish with rose­mary. Keep it aside till it cools. Spread ba­con in the shape of a plus sign and on the joint, place the mince mix­ture and top it with ched­dar cheese. Fold it to make a bomb and sear it on a hot­plate top or in non-stick food pan. Place it in the oven at 170 de­grees for 7 min­utes. Serve it with BBQ sauce or honey mus­tard.
