Did Shekhar Suman diss Kangana?
Actor Shekhar Suman tweeted about a “cocained actress” and the failure of her film on Monday night. Taking the cue that he was referring to actor Kangana Ranaut and her recent release that has not fared well at the box office, Kangana’s fans jumped to her rescue.
Shekhar and Kangana share a bitter equation ever since Kangana’s beau and Shekhar’s son Adhyayen spoke about his former relationship with Kangy in 2011. He had said that he was tortured and abused by Kangana, and even accused her of being a drug addict.
Shekhar Suman tweeted: “One cocained actress was carrying the burden of her non existent stardom. She has fallen flat on her face n how. Guess this is poetic justice.”
To this, a Twitter user @ashishagarwal reacted: “Hi sir where do you and your super star son @ AdhyayanSsuman keep your National awards ??”
Responding to flak for his tweet, Shekhar further wrote: “Im horrified at the paid lackeys and sycophants who have jumped in defence of a lumpen so- called star. shame on you,you paid twitteratis.”
Adhyayen, too, joined in the exchange of words. “Beta national award se films nahin chalte ...Baat mat kar apna 9 to 5 job kar. Ja chal nikal abhi,” he wrote to the user. When the user accused the Sumans of “desperately seeking publicity through Kangana,” Adhyayen responded: “And u r seeking publicity desperately from the Suman’s !! Milgayi! Khush?”
Meanwhile daddy Shekhar posted that he wasn’t talking about Kangana. “I meant smone totally different but i guess guilty minds are forever conscious.plz don’t jump to conclusions.i never named no one.”
He further mocked Kangana supporters with tweets such as: “Honey to be even a failure like me you have to take a thousand births” and “I love the fact that illiterate morons react to my words.I also love the fact that i don’t even luk at their tweets (sic).”
