Is RJ Suchitra going to London for rehab?

Reports are abuzz that popular playback singer and RJ Suchitra Karthik — who recently put the spotlight on the exploitation of women in Tamil film industry — is heading to London to a rehabilitation centre, even as a source informs us that Suchitra is in Chennai, and her treatment plan is not yet decided by the family.

Suchitra had exposed a series of private party pics and intimate videos of top celebs such as Dhanush, Trisha Krishnan, Hansika Motwani, Andrea Jeremiah, Anirudh Ravichander and Sanchita Shetty on her Twitter account.

Kumar has said her condition is ‘indicative of a certain emotional state’ his family is trying to address.

However, in a surprising turn of events, Suchitra went live on a news channel last week, and said that her Twitter account was hacked three weeks back. “I sent an e-mail to the Twitter team, and was under the impression that my account was taken down until I received a call from Dhanush’s office requesting me to delete the series of controversial tweets, images and videos from my account overnight,” she said.

“I filed a complaint with the cyber crime department along with my lawyer... I’m going through a divorce, which is also brought to light now thanks to these ruthless hackers,” Suchitra added.
