WATERMELON WUNDERLAND

Blend some watermelon (de-seeded), strawberries and mint leaves along with a dash of lemon juice and honey. Pour this mixture in a cube-shaped mould to get a chocolate bar look. Insert a stick and freeze overnight and serve on a bed of watermelon slices.
