It’s spring and we have a reason to play with flowers. Making popsicles with edible flowers is a fun and innovative way to jazz up the flavours. From carnations to dandelions and hibiscus to peonies, there a lot of flowers that can be used for this recipe. Fill a mould with flower petals of your choice, top it with some lemon and cranberry juice, insert a stick and freeze overnight.
