FARRAH ABRAHAM GETS SLAMMED FOR OUTFIT

Reality TV star Farrah Abraham, who sported Indian attire on the red carpet of the award ceremony, was slammed for being “culturally insensitive”. The 25-year-old wore a “Bollywood inspired ensemble”, with a gold neckpiece, pink outfit, a headpiece and a matching bindi. “Why the hell is farrah abraham (who isn’t from the indian sub continent) wearing a lengha & why is the public calling it a bollywood outfit,” wrote one user, Simran. “Why is Farrah Abraham so problematic,” wrote another user Nandini. However, Abraham remained unfazed, and in an interview to TooFab, she said she “wasn’t bothered” about the backlash. “I think this will inspire others to embrace new cultures and have good experiences,” she added.
