A Mexican delight

Recently, British celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver uploaded this mouth watering photo on his Instagram. He captioned it: ”Honouring #CincodeMayo with these Mexicaninspired favourites of mine! checkout the recipes on my website x xjo”. Cinco de Mayo, is an annual event held on May 5 to celebrate the Mexican Army’s victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862.
