Kibbeh (Kib-bay)

Kibbeh is a popular Middle Eastern dish that is made from racked wheat, minced onions, and finely ground lean beef, lamb, goat, or camel meat with spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice.

It is usually made in shape of balls and patties. Kibbeh is served with lemon juice, pomegranate sauce and cherry sauce.
