Kibbeh is a pop­u­lar Mid­dle Eastern dish that is made from racked wheat, minced onions, and finely ground lean beef, lamb, goat, or camel meat with spices such as cin­na­mon, nut­meg, clove and allspice.

It is usu­ally made in shape of balls and pat­ties. Kibbeh is served with lemon juice, pomegranate sauce and cherry sauce.
