Yami plans to take professional training in scuba diving

Actor Yami Gautam (above) has had a fairly decent first half at the box office this year with two releases — Kaabil and Sarkar 3. Without nothing much lined up professionally, the actor is now making the most of her free time by travelling.

Recently, Yami planned an six-day vacation and flew to Maldives to ring in her mother’s birthday. Surprisingly, it was after four long years that the actor had taken a family vacation and spent some time with her folks. During the break, Yami got to unleash her adventurous side, too.

Asked about the much-needed break, an excited Yami says, “Any amount of time spent with family is unwinding and the beauty is that Maldives was such a soulful rejuvenation. We went snorkelling, jet skiing, parasailing. Out of all of these, I totally loved scuba-diving and want to learn it professionally.”

Though it was a mini vacation, looks like Yami made the most of her family time. “Yami always wanted to try these activities [adventure sports]. During these six days, she did try whatever she possibly could. Now that she plans to take training in scuba-diving, she is also looking forward to visit Maldives again,” informs a source. ctor Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya (right) has a huge fan following, courtesy the success of her current show, where she plays the role of a doctor. And the actor feels that the expectations of her fans have made her more responsible.

“It’s great how people get influenced with what I say and do. I don’t feel burdened but certainly there is an obligation to try and do everything that is correct. Even though it’s not possible all the time, but I try to take the best path,” says Divyanka.

The actor, who recently won a dance reality show, wants to focus on her daily soap, which has given her love and recognition.

“I don’t want to get into any other projects right now. The makers have already adjusted the timings a lot for the reality show. I want to give my maximum time to this show now. As of now, I will refrain from doing reality shows,” she says.

Divyanka informs that she has been getting many requests from her fans to once again pair up with husband actor Vivek Dahiya on screen. However, it doesn’t put her under any kind of pressure.

“I never feel any kind of pressure. Instead, I feel loved and responsible. Vivek and I, both want to return the love that our fans have showered on us by doing some good work together or otherwise. But fans’ expectations do not make me feel stressed, at any point,” says Divyanka, who tied the knot with Vivek in July 2016.
