Rita Ora thanks Ed Sheeran for support in difficult times
British singer Rita Ora (top) is grateful to have had Ed Sheeran (bottom) by her side, during her time out from the music industry.
The 26-year-old singer hasn’t released an album for five years, due to a lengthy dispute with her old record label, Roc Nation, and she has praised Sheeran for supporting, co- writing and lending backing vocals to her comeback single, Your Song.
“He’s a very good friend. I’ve known Ed for about five years now and that song actually happened towards the end,” Ora said. “I think people were excited when they heard I was working on stuff again and I just needed to find a team of people who I could be myself with and open up to,” she added.
