15gm al­mond flour, 5gm des­ic­cated co­conut, 9gm but­ter, 10gm cream, 5gm co­coa pow­der, 1 sa­chet sugar sub­sti­tute

METHOD

Mix the dry co­conut with the al­mond flour Add the but­ter to a pan Add cream, co­coa pow­der and sugar sub­sti­tute to the pan Let it cook for a bit Then add cream cheese Take it off the pan and let it cool Add the dry co­conut and al­mond flour mix­ture to it Set it in the modak mould Re­frig­er­ate it till it be­comes a bit hard, and then it would be ready to serve
