KETO ALMOND MODAK

INGREDIENT­S

15gm almond flour, 5gm desiccated coconut, 9gm butter, 10gm cream, 5gm cocoa powder, 1 sachet sugar substitute

METHOD

Mix the dry coconut with the almond flour Add the butter to a pan Add cream, cocoa powder and sugar substitute to the pan Let it cook for a bit Then add cream cheese Take it off the pan and let it cool Add the dry coconut and almond flour mixture to it Set it in the modak mould Refrigerat­e it till it becomes a bit hard, and then it would be ready to serve
