For Tejasswi Prakash, moving from one character to another isn’t difficult. The actor who shot to fame with the TV show Swaragini says that she also wants the audience to forget the characters she has portrayed before, as her effort is to give them something different every time.

“Dhara (from the show Sanskaar) was different from Ragini (from the show Swaragini) and Diya (from the show Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya) is nothing like Ragini,” says the actor who debuted with the TV show 2612/2613. “My effort is to try something new every time. And as I move ahead, I leave the previous character behind. Also, I make sure that the new character must have something different, or else why am I doing it? I want my audience also to move ahead and enjoy my performance in a new avatar,” says Tejasswi, hinting that the audience must have forgotten about the controversial show Pehredaar Piya Ki that was taken off air for it’s alleged regressive

content.

“Pehredaar Piya Ki is a closed chapter now; no one is talking about it. And I want to make one more thing clear that my next show is not a sequel to Pehredaar…,”she adds.

There were reports that Tejasswi’s character, Diya, in her upcoming show will be doing a lot of stunts and the actor isn’t using any body double to pull them off. Confirming the news, she adds, “I’m having fun doing my stunts, such as where I’m standing on a car in motion and learning how to shoot. I’m making sure that I keep my fitness quotient high with proper diet and exercise.”
