Shaleen Bhanot is a fitness freak
For TV actor Shaleen Bhanot, working out and staying fit is nothing but a way of life.
Maybe that’s why the actor, post the shoot of his ongoing TV show, made sure that he took out time to build a body that he already dreamt of. Since Shaleen was busy shooting in the outskirts of Mumbai, he never really could work on his body the way he wanted to.
But now, making his fans drool, Shaleen has been sporting a well-toned body for quite some time now. The actor, who was seen in shows such as Saat Phere and Hitler Didi, is excited because he didn’t have abs earlier and was never this muscular. Undergoing a physical transformation, the actor was on a no-salt diet for a while, and even today, he is on a strict diet with regular cardio exercise and weight training routine.
“A toned body is something that I have always wanted. It is something I worked really hard to get, and it was not easy at all. I followed a strict lifestyle to achieve this, and all I can say is that it has been worth all the wait and the hard work,” says Shaleen.
