Shraddha Kapoor fulfils an ailing fan’s wish, pays him surprise visit

Malhar Raje Dalvai, a 16-year-old boy, recently got a big surprise when his favourite celebrity, Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor, came home to meet him. Malhar, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, longed to meet Shraddha some day, so when the actor found out about it, she made his wish come true.

“Malhar’s parents tried reaching out to Shraddha’s team to get her to meet their son,” says a source, adding that the actor immediately decided to meet him. “Shraddha travelled to Malhar’s house in Goregaon to meet him. When he saw Shraddha, he had the biggest smile on his face. He couldn’t believe she was standing in front of him. They talked a little about his hobbies, what he wants to be when he grows up, and more. Malhar also told Shraddha which films of hers he liked and what he thinks of her performances. They also clicked lots of pictures together,” the source said.

Malhar’s mother, Sunita, is grateful that Shraddha dropped in to fulfil her son’s wish. She says, “Malhar was super happy to see Shraddha at home. He didn’t actually talk too much, because he was tongue-tied. But he wants to meet her once again, as he now has a complete list of things to talk to her about. He was very shy when she came home, as her visit was quite unexpected. Shraddha was also very sweet and encouraged Malhar to eat well, be happy, keep a positive outlook and exercise regularly.”
