IRRFAN IS FINE NOW: SHOOJIT SIRCAR

Actor Irrfan, who recently revealed he was afflicted with a rare illness and would divulge more details soon, is “doing fine now”, says Shoojit Sircar. Speaking at the trailer launch of his next film, October, the filmmaker said, “Irrfan has always been and is very close to me... Since he has requested through his media statement not to speculate about his health, we should refrain from doing so, but I can tell you that I’ve met him a couple of times, and he’s fine now. Very soon he is going to issue another media statement.”
