New best friends Shashank Vyas and Ssharad Malhotra are keen on working together on television

It seems actors Shashank Vyas and Ssharad Malhotra are the new BFFs. The television stars, who are currently shooting for their respective shows in Naigaon, Mumbai, are often seen spending time together whenever they are free. And both have only good things to say about each other.

“Shashank is chilled out and a happy- go-lucky kind of a person. I enjoy having long conversations with him. We can talk about almost everything under the sun. I know Shashank for over two years now but it’s just that when we usually don’t get much time to meet. But now that our sets are nearby, we are getting a lot of time to catch up,” says Ssharad.

Shashank, on his part says that the Banoo Main Teri Dulhann actor is “a very positive person and is well read”.

The actor adds further, “He has the right attitude towards life spontaneous. We enjoy long conversations and we love to talk about life and our careers. In this industry, it is easier to strike a friendship with actors whom we meet at the workplace. Friendship needs time and intelligence and when you meet likeminded people you want to spend more time with them.”

Both the actors are also keen that their friendship reflects on the small screen.

Shashank shares that he is open to working with Ssharad in a show, but he wants both their characters to be welletched in it.

Ssharad also praises Shashank’s acting prowess and adds, “Shashank is a good actor. He is honest and straightforward. I would love to collaborate with him. We can play brothers in a show or do a film like Shah Rukh Khan-Salman did, as in Karan Arjun (1995). He is an easygoing person and we have fun each time we meet.”
