Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?

Eggs of any kind or form, are a must for me every morning.

One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?

Butter Chicken... anytime of the day or night.

How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?

Nothing like a good run post indulgence. I target 60 minutes and get as close or sometimes touch 10km.

Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain?

I keep it very simple on the meal front, I have a heavy breakfast with eggs, bread, oats and coffee. Lunch is chicken or fish with Dal, vegetables and rice. Evening is a snack of Idli or fruits. Dinner is no carbohydra­tes and chicken or fish with some salad.

A diet plan that always works for you?

A four-meal plan across the day, which is low on oil and carbs works for me. Also, an eight to nine hour sleep is my game changer.

Which are your favourite physical activities?

I love playing sport. I own a football team and actively play two to three times a week. Also I play cricket regularly and if pressed for time, nothing like a few laps in the pool.

A health tip that you rely on.

Nothing goes right or wrong for that matter overnight. Eat healthy and make it a point to enjoy working out.
