Going by her svelte figure, one cannot expect Ileana D’Cruz to be a complete foodie. But the actor admits that she is! She has chicken nuggets, doughnuts and pizzas on her mind most of the time. However, owing to the fitness streak that the actor is on nowadays, she is not treating herself to many cheat days. “I am always craving. I am such a big foodie. So I guess if I can’t eat it, I can talk about it,”

Ileana quips about sharing her foodie tales on Instagram.

“I actually haven’t been giving myself a lot of cheat days. I have been very strict. But the thing is when you make a big lifestyle change, you don’t feel like taking a lot of cheat days either. As much as I love eating chicken nuggets and pizzas, I think I’ve got to a point where I’ve been eating healthy for quite a long time now, that I don’t have as many cravings,” says Ileana, whose social media is full of her photographs, oozing oomph and confidence.

She admits she still craves her favourite foods every now and then, but adds that her “mind craves it more than the stomach”.

“One part of my brain is like ‘You love it, you love it’ and the other part says, ‘You don’t want it anymore’. So I am in a weird space... I think my mind and tummy don’t get along,” says Ileana.

The actor, who is looking forward to a diverse set of film projects, credits her diet to look the way she now does, and adds: “I’d say that 90% of your body comes mainly from a diet plan. If you’re not eating well, it’s not going to show, no matter how much you’re killing it at the gym.”
