HANDCUFF BAND

Transform your handcuff into a headband. Here, it has been used to tie a ponytail. Usually, the circumference of the handcuff is bigger than the thickness of the ponytail tied together. In that case, tie a rubber band first and then adorn the handcuff on top of it.
