High court refuses to consider Bhujbal’s plea

MUMBAI: The Bombay HC on Tuesday refused to consider former Maharashtra minister Chhagan Bhujbal’s plea to be released on bail in an alleged money laundering case after his petition challenging the validity of two sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
