Parrikar, Das skip strategic thinkers’ conference

RANCHI: The Centre of Policy Analysis, Patna, organised its third Indian Strategic Thinkers’ conference on ‘Enduring Strategic Challenges and India’s Response in Changing Scenario’ in Ranchi on Wednesday. Defence minister Manohar Parrikar and chief minister Raghubar Das were supposed to be present at the meet, but neither was able to make it.

Speaking at the meet, Institute of Chinese Studies fellow Dr MV Rappai said, “We should look at those nations with whom we can work together. In future, the linkage between strategic and economic programme will become more important but economic factor will be more crucial.”
