THE YEDDYURAPP­A family was accused of receiving `40 crore as bribe in their family trust in return for favours during his tenure as CM between 2008 and 2011

HE WAS also accused of favouring and receiving kickbacks from a Bellary-based mining company, an affiliate of Jindal Steel Works (JSW) THE CBI had filed a charge sheet in October 2012 against Yeddyurapp­a and 13 others, including his sons BY Raghavendr­a, BY Vijayendra, son-in-law Sohan Kumar, former minister Krishanaia­h Setty and several of the top leadership of JSW Steel, including Sajjan Jindal

HE WAS also accused of misusing his office to buy land belonging to the Bangalore Developmen­t Authority for `40 lakh, and then sell it to a JWS affiliate `20 crore.
