TATA STOCKS FALL; WIPE OUT ₹21K CR

MUMBAI: KeyTata Group firms lost over ₹10,000 crore for the second day on Wednesday, extending the total erosion in market capitalisation to more than ₹21,000 crore following Cyrus Mistry’s ouster as Tata Sons chairman. These firms had lost ₹10,700 crore on Tuesday. Shares of Tata Motors fell 4.27%, Tata Steel dipped 4.01%, Tata Power lost 2.06% and TCS declined 0.07% on the BSE on Wednesday.

Tata Group firms have a market cap of close to ₹8.5 lakh crore.
